Xerokambos Gorge
The Xerokambos Gorge (or Ziros Gorge) starts at the Southeast of the village Ziros and ending up at the beach of Xerokambos. This gorge is quite unknown and the best way to walk it is up from the small plateau of Lamnoni, about 4 kilometres northeast of the village of Ziros. From the plateau you take the first dirt road to the right which leads to the entrance of the gorge.
The route takes about 2 hours on a clear path and on the way you see hardly any vegetation but you have a great view towards the Libyan Sea. At the end it is great to have a dive in the sea at beach of Xerokambos.
